    Phaser 740 "Jam at A"

    When feeding from the tray it jams about 75% of the time. paper stops after being pulled into the feeder about 2". Always works perfectly from the MPT. Have tried the cleaner pad and that did not help. Any ideas? thanks

    Phaser 740 ERROR 30 on startup

    Bought 740 off ebay and it came with a test print showing the correct serial number and page count, so I guess it worked when shipped. Getting ERROR 30 on startup, tried cleaning the slotted plastic sensor on the back of the case and it didnt help. Imaging unit showed 3% so I thought this might...
