    HP DDS-2 8GB- Tape life???

    Our consultant said to replace our tapes after 6 months(24 backups). The HP site says they are good for 100 backups. That is a huge diference! Any recommendations??? Joe

    Copy rows from 20 sheets into 1 sheet

    Is there a way to copy 20 rows in 10 columns on 20 different sheets into 1 sheet in the same workbook without code? (Did that make sense?) I don't know VBA yet.

    Highlite cell if date = today plus 7 days.....

    I want to highlite a cell if that cells date is equal to or less than todays date plus a week. I am trying to use conditional formatting using TODAY()+7, but is not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Is there a way to automatically create a link when I type in a name? ie: Everytime I type in "Ken" I want the name to become a link that when clicked on opens another worksheet? Thanks
