    Second line on 8314

    Hi, I have an 8314 analog phone and 2 POTS lines. The phone works when plugging in one line only however when I add the second line, the phone displays "line in use". What do I have to do to make both lines functional on the phone? Thanks

    Hi, I have a M3904 phone forwarded to an external number. If there is an active call that is in turn forwarded, the next caller receives a busy signal if the first call is active. Is this a limitation or is there something that I can change?

    Carrier changed dialing from 1+10 to 10 Digit dialing

    Hi, my local carrier changed a couple area codes from 1 + 10 digit dialing to 10 digit dialing. The end users are used to dialing 1 + 10 digits. Is there a way to have the switch add a "1" so all dialing is uniform to 1 + 10 digit dialing?
