    Check a route before transfer

    Is there a scripting command to check a route if busy before transfering a call.

    Historical Reporting display not working on some

    I have SCCS 4.2 and Web client 4.02. Some computers will not display a historical report while some will. Not sure what is causing this and any help would be appreciated.

    calling a pager through symposium

    I'm trying to call a pager for people on call. can't seem to do it through symposium. trying to set it up to call different numbers depending on date. some are phones some are pagers. only pagers don't work. Has anyone gotten anything like this to work. thanks
