Assign an MM mailbox to new user.
I have a mailbox currently assigned to user YY
He moved to another office at another location and his ACTIVE DIRECTORY account was migrated to another domain
The MM account was not disabled before he migrated, and I need to dis-associate the extension/mailbox...
I have a 4GB SCSI Octel 250 tape drive that is FAULTY.
Can I replace it with a 12GB SCSI 12GB Octel 250 tape drive. If so are there any special requirements?

Is there a way to turn off the system announcement that follows a personal greeting.
I get the following after my greeting :
"When you are finished recording hangup or press hash for more options"
All I want is the system 'Beep' to play after greeting.

Having an issue with Modular Messaging.
I log-in using MMACCT account, and now notice when I open the voicemail system configuration there is nothing there!
I'm also unable to select the Modular Messaging tab on users when I go into Active Directory.
The voicemail is operating as normal...

One of our users sometimes gets the following message when they try to listen to a voicemail:

Octel 250 connecting to a Nortel Meridan integrated using a DMID.
Every now and again users are unable to connect to voicemail and hear engage/busy. Ports on the voicemail aren't in use and a waiting idley while on the Meridian several channels are showing up as either busy or locked.
