    Win 98 keeps rebooting while installing p&p devices

    Can someone help with this problem. I have assembled a system from spare parts. everything works and I can install windows 98 onto the hard disk. But when windows starts for the firt time it gets to the "found new hardware" then goes to install the drivers and just reboots.I have left...
