I have a SRG and Succession networked. SRG has its own pri with DID service for the sets at the SRG location. All IP sets register to the Succession in normal mode. DID calls in on the SRG PRI are returning fast bz to caller. Switch to local mode and calls are ok. Docs are not indicating that...

Has anyone installed a Convertec ip console on a BCM? It locks up during the BCM backup. Convertec FAQ indicates it is an issue with LAN CTE during voice apps back up. Uncheck voice apps in back up volume and Convertec does not lock up. Is there a fix yet?
