No access to test command and strange behavior at console
I'm working on a G3V6i and we are having some odd problems. The receptionist will get 2-4 calls on hold and then they will all disappear from the console and be conferenced amongst themselves. A client is using Progression 7.5.103e. There is a VBA addin to enhance the BOL functionality. It seems to be tied to one specific user and his desktop PC. Passwords?
Does Avaya customarily keep the inads and craft passwords? I have a customer that doesn't know then, but does have the cust password. Is it possible to have them reset? Also, where can I buy a replacement keyboard for the 715 terminal on the switch? Thanks- djweis
