    Octel feature bit 75 - Octe Admin????

    Customer is requesting that feature bit 75-Octel Admin be turned on. What are some of the features that would require this. Customer's Octel250 is a Aria3.0. Should feature bit 75 have been turned on or is this a pay for option? ATAC is telling me they should have this on already? Any thoughts...

    Octel350 to definity integration help!!!

    Customer has 2 definity sites both with consoles Site A has 2 consoles, site B has 1 console Sites are DCSd together Cust wants to remove 1 console at site A Site A takes A LOT of calls and needs overflow Cust wants to "cover" to Site B if Site A attd is too busy and vs versa Don't believe...
