Hunt group FWD to VM boxes.
Can anyone tell me how to get a Target line that is in a hunt group to ring to its own mailbox. I have got it partially setup. the call comes in and goes to the appropriate VM box after the approp CFNA time. Norstar 6.1 DID routing to the wrong CP 150 Mailbox
I ran into another issue that is really strange. I have 3 phones, (2221,2222,2223) that all have 24BTN EKIM's setup with 20 target lines apearring and ringing on them (200-219)each target line is translating 4 digits.(ie 5539 has a prime set of 2233) it is set to ring to prime on busy. Norstar 2 Way DID on 6.1 MICS not routing to Extensions
I am at my wits end with this problem. Installed a 0X32 with 1 module. slot 1 has services card, slot 3 has LS card and slot 4 has DTI dard. Carrier providing 12-2 way DID trunks on span.
