Im trying to open Office documents and recently they have become completely garbled. Goes across the board, from word to ppoint. They have recently had an upgrade from 97 to XP Office and do not really have a sufficient av structure. Is this a virus? Any help mucho appreciated.

Im trying to add a disclaimer as a constant fixture, and the senders name, and email as a variable from a central point(server, not every workstations auto sig option in outlook). Is this possible? Im getting mixed responses but none that say how to do it!!!
