Cannot access terminal control database entry

All of a sudden, my system is doing this. Do not know how to remedy. The only access I have to system is through tty01, through root. Trying to access through telnet, tty1p, etc, gives me this error. Other terminals are the same including dial up modem acces through tty1a. Richard M.

    Cancel print jobs

I have about 400 print jobs. I realize I can cancel each one with the 'cancel' command, but there must be a way to cancel all jobs with one stroke. Where are the print jobs located? /usr/???? /var/???? Any help would be appreciated.
