    Using calling cards

    I upgraded opt 11 to 5.5. Since then customer can't use calling card. When I trac dn in ld 80 I'm missing last 4 digits dialed.

    I have a ACDQ ncfw to an external number. It works great when I dial the extension but when the operator transfers the caller she gets a reorder tone. System is Opt 11 Rls 25. I have cff, trnx and extt=yes, T1 with did channels vod.

    Succession 4.0 Option 11C Installing a Mini Carrier Remote via T1 link. Does anyone have any tips. Do I need to program the cards or can I go with the default. Any recommendations on the SDI verses MMI. This is my first install on a remote mini.

    ACD agent forgets to logout

    Opt 81 Rls 25. Agent forgets to logout. Is there anyway to have the system log the agent out after a call comes in?
