    SecureClient Visitor Mode

    Hi, I am having problems with setting up Visitor mode. The config on the gateway is seems simple, I have enabled visitor mode and selected https as the service for connection. On the client I have selected visitor mode but when I try, it fails to connect. Am I missing something.... Thanks

    Backup Exec 8.6 Never Runs

    Hi, I am trying to run a restore job however when I create a Restore Job and "Run Now" it appears in the Activity Monitor as a Sheduled job but never actually runs. If I again select run now the same thing happens. I have tried to restart all backup exec services? Pleae help Thanks
