PCAnywhere Flickers on Host in Internet Explorer (Flash Windows)

All ports light up except one port on SuperStack II 3300 Switch???
I have a 3COM SuperStack II 3300 24 port switch that works ok for a while then all of the lights on the front light up except for one port blinking which is random!
