We are not able to login to CallPilot Manager, we are using the support tools on the server to try a reset however when I enter the ResetAdminPwd command I get an error...
"unable to login as user id blue, user: blue
ResetAdminPwd rc=41405, expected=0
Any ideas?
While trying to access a mailbox, to reset a password, I got this error...
