    BO won't install on server

    While attempting to install Business objects on our Windows 2000 server (we essentially want to run Infoview on our intranet), I get an error saying that our OS needs to be updated. Is this a common problem? I ran windows update and I still receive this error. I'm not sure what to try next...

    We just switched from Crystal to BO, and I am trying to implement a report viewer on our intranet. Does this require a seperate application? Or is this integrated within the software we have purchased? Thanks! Kevin
