Creating a 'virtual' audio device and playing wave files on it
Hi, In Windows' "Volume Control" manager one can select which device will be used for recording. I want to add a 'virtual' device to that list and be able to play wave files to that 'virtual' device. My question is: What technologies/API's/tools/components can I use to achieve this...- unregzeus
