On trunk 803 of a 412 TDL card, the line will ring briefly without an outside caller actually calling the CO lines. No matter which CO I plug into trunk 803 it does this. No other trunk behaves this way. Any suggestions.

I have a Tandberg Video conference system configured into the IPO 403 at a customers site. All works very well until I try to use the conference or hold on the Video extension. It loses the talk path. I have no audio but the connection still is up. Any ideas.
