I have an 860 that periodically jams at the print tray. A sheet of paper is lifted only half an inch or so and rests on the pad thats part of the paper tray. I do not know if this is because the printer lifts two pages at once or not. This only happens once in say 50 pages. Any solutions? New...
I have an tek 850 that jams everytime a duplex print is performed. It will print one side then when it partially ejects the paper then refeeds it to print the other side it jams.
Here's what a user wants to do...Mainly use her pc and OE to get her isp's email and on occasion use a laptop and still have full access to email also in OE.

I have a Xerox 860 that will NOT warm up. No error messages appear. It will do the normal % based warm up then it will just say "warming up" endlessly. Without printing anything. I took off the sides and the print drum slowly spins the entire time it "warms up".
Any suggestions?
