I'm trying to get the DNIS (what telephone number was dialed by the caller) in our Definity G3.
In some of the calls I see the DNIS But in the others i see the VDN number that the call was routed to.
This is the result of the Command: "display system-parameters cdr"...

We have a problem in our G3si switch.
we want the agents to be able to reach the TAC 506 by dialing 86.
i try to change the 6 digit with "change ars digit-conversion 6" and to delete 1 digit and to enter insted the 506 (the TAC) but it doesn't work.
any ideas?

I have a problem, after I mange to produce CDR from our switch I can't find a field as call index (or number) - I’m looking for a unique field that will help me distinguish between deferent calls and to determine what record belongs to each call

I finally manage to "capture" the output of the switch CDR through hyper terminal - thanks to your help.
I have now one more question, can I have a record in my CDR that represents an abounded call? - I guest want to be able to see when a call was abounded.
