    dialing one external number rings two phones

    I found this thread but it didn't help. http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=476306 -I have exts 366 and 822 both ringing when the external # for 822 is dialed. Dialing the external # for ext 366 results with a dead line. -internal calls to 822, only rings 822. internal calls to 366...

    no dial tone from handset

    I have a T7316E that works fine with speakerphone but not with the handset. When the handset is lifted, a line is selected but no dial tone can be heard. Whereas when the speakerphone button is pressed, a line is selected and a dial tone can be heard. ideas?
