When I try and run a "standard nodal display" I receive the following:

I have a CP 3.0 system. I am getting event code 58005 SLEE- telepony exec GAM. Failed to answere the call rc=57205, tapi or ctms rc= 2147483576 # of attempts= 6. At the same time I get event code 55716, Appbuilder BRM, System error occurred in appbuilder application.

I am using CP with 2 branch offices. Phones from the main PBX location can not 0# out of the voice mail at the branch office. All other callers can. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
I have 3905 ACD phones randomly go to "busy" in the PBX.

John I checked the TN's. The first 2 do not exist and the third is the TN of the phone with the trouble.

I have upgraded the firmware on our 3900 series sets, 3902, 3903, 3904, and 3905. Since doing this we have spuradic troubles. Phones are forwarding themselves and when you try and conference in another person you loose the first person. Thanks for any help in advance.
Have a terminal connected to our remote worked fine then one day it started to get very slow and now we are unable to connect to the main switch through the remote. Any suggestions? Have changed all cables, checked the TTY port, and reset remote shelf. Thanks in advance.
We have a hard coded IP address for the ELAN. At 4pm Monday the IP address changed on its own to 169.254.162.233 What could have caused this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
We show calls abandoned every night at the same time. The agents phones do not ring. Reports show 33 calls abandoned at the 2am time period. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
