    I changed everything and still wont boot

    My computer decided to stop booting up, and I could smell some burning in the case. It smelled like it was coming from the power supply, so I started there. As of now, I've replaced the power supply, motherboard, processor, and RAM. The damn thing still won't boot up.... The hard drive spins...
