    780 yellow is muddy/dark

    we had a black toner dump it's guts in our printer last week (aftermarket toner!). toner supplier had teks clean it, but know the yellow is dark (even straight yellow service prints). they tell us the dev units are contaminated and may eventually clean themself after many prints. does anyone...

    Xerox DocuPrint C410 - U8-2 error???

    Keep getting this error "U8-2 Cycle Power" after warm up on this colour laser. I assume the U8 refers to the chip at position U8 on the circuit board but that is as far as I get. Any advice would be most appreciated. Thanks Marty
