    Trying to start a published app from within another published app

    How can I call a published application from within another published application? I am running TOAD (DBA Software) which can start SQLPlus (Oracle software) from within. From within TOAD calling the SQLPlus we get an Access Denied meassage. If I do the same thing from the Desktop it works...
