CRXLATE.DLL not found while using ToWords() func.

How to design reports using tab delimited files ?
I have a tab delimited text file with coulumn heading as the first row and data beneth it. i want to have this file as a table (using text odbc driver) this part is done. but when i try to incorporate this particular text file it says it does not have fields. file integrity error! any idea??- nagraj
