Error Loading Explorer.exe You must reinstall Windows
Did an update package (don't ask what---updated on Microsoft site). Running Win98SE and IE6--everything fine until went to run Defrag--froze, so rebooted. Wallpaper comes up...then get message in subject line. If I hit OK, I get: The SHELL32.DLL file is linked to missing export...- crazyfrustrated
