When a caller leaves a message on my clients extension it populates in the outlook Nortel inbox fine but is an hour out on the display.

I was told that CLID only worked with PRI (digital trunking), and could not be set up from a DINT. The local telco says that the CLID is being sent thru the DINT and will work on a MICS. the CLID is showing up on the Multi Lines but not the DID's am I missing a setting?
