    How do I convert my custom frames from QX 3.1 to QX 6?

    I just upgraded my QuarkXpress 3.1 on OS 9.2 to QuarkXpress 6.0 on OSX, but can't figure out how to get the custom frames I created with Frame Editor (3.1) into QX 6.0.
