    Arcserver 2000

    Hi I am using Arcserver 2000 with a fastore 22. The problem i have is that when you go to device manager all the tapes are updating but nothing happens. When you stop the tape engin and start it again all the slots start to dismount. Why is it doing this and what can I do to fix it.
