    Anyone have a link to the NTP for explanation of how to read the ACD reporting on the Option 11? I can't seem to find it in all the books or the CD.

    NVM Upgrade from 4.0.0.4C to 4.1

    Anyone know if you need the keycode to upgrade a NVM from 4.0.0.4C to 4.1? I know it worked on my copper NAM without the keycode. I am guessing the keycode is for new install or 3 and earlier to 4.1 upgrades. Can anyone confirm that? TIA, Rob
