    OWA Global Address List no showing anyone

    Hello all, I'm running Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 Standard edition box. When I access mail from the web I am unable to see any users in the address list. When I click on "TO", nothing shows. Is this by default? Do I need to set something? Any ideas? Thanks. -pete
