VC++ setup fails with "DCOM..." error (WIN2000 SP4)
After installing SP4 on WIN2000 Pro my MFC test program could not find help file during compile. Foolishly, I tried reinstalling VC++ ! I received an error dialog saying something about DCOM failure and the installation failed. I deleted all Visual Studio because I went thru this before and...- vaclavsaling
