Arcserve 6.61 NT 4.0 (media - offline)
My backups were working fine, until I received a message indicating that the tape media was off-line. When I insert the tape in the drive, the summary tab only indicates off-line. Tape drive itself shows configuration information on the summary tab. any solution to this. thanks..- alphaserver1
