Hi, I have a customer with a 7316 phone that was assigned to a new person. He deleted the mailbox and recreated it but the message light stays on. I had him try F806, but it didn't work. Any suggestions? He has an MICS 6.0 and NAM Thanks! Stacy- StacyTech
