This is a new Redundant BCM 400 with Redundant Expansion Cabinet configured at double density: 3 DSM32+, 2 T1/PRI cards, 1 GATM8.
There are two station ports on bus 3 that continuously blink when a phone is plugged into those DN's.

I have a brand new BCM RAID cage without a hard drive in it.
I plan to install it on a BCM 3.7. does it make any difference if the new hard drive is 80 Gigs and does the new drive get set to mnaster also?
1) Can a DOC be installed without a door box? Customer does not need intercom or ring from door.
2) When customer activates DND button his calls are forwarded to the operators ext. Is there a way to forward calls to any other ext that he chooses?

CallPilot 3.1 connected to MICS 7.1
Just got my hands on a Small Office Edition. Unit did not come with CD or DVD. Can anyone please supply link for system manager software, cant seem to find it on Avaya's website.
New install - MICS 7.0 with CallPilot 150 3.0 DN's start at 1160 (to match PRI DID's). CallPilot will not allow me to create mailbox 1171 (prompts with "invalid mailbox") through web interface or f983. All others work I have plenty of licensing for additional mailboxes. 9 is used for PRI routing...
MICS 7.0 hooked up to 24 trunk T1. Is there a way for the system to supply dial tone after accessing T1 trunk for outbound call. Carrier cant, this is a IAD circuit running VOIP and terminated as a T1 on the ICS.

Is there a way to fix the ring volume so that it remains at the same level on an i2004? For example every time the power or network connection between i2004 and BCM drops the i2004 reverts to the lowest ring volume. System is 3.6 with al current patches.
PS I think the same is true for voice...
Is there a way to get the existing pri keys out of a mics. I want to be able to have them handy incase upgrade to rel 7 goes bad as in previouse posts, just in case I have to do a fresh install with a new NVRAM
Our customers IT guy is writing custom software so that he can interface the BCM with their existing CRM package. He has informed us that besides the TAPI he still needs sample code for the BCM's API and/or Sdk.

I am looking for comments from members that have experience implimenting CRM applications with the BCM.
Do any of you have customers who changed their business database to a full CRM database that is compatible with the BCM and includes CTI with screen Pops, and/or IVR.
