    CCC agents not showing correct status.

    HELP! I have a location that keeps having issues with Agents showing up as not logged in when they realy are. the other odd thing is reporting seems to be off. Has anyone run into this? frustrating part is we have Avaya Maint and they want to charge us $150 per 1/2 hour just to look at it.
