The extensions I have connected to a Partner 18D set are able to pick up a ringing line without selecting the line appearance. The extensions connected to MLS sets are not able and I have to press the line appearance to answer the call. Are MLS sets not able to work like the 18D sets? Thanks.

I have a 406 V3.1 (65) with a weird issue. When callers call out over a PRI and the call goes to a number that is busy, the call gets disconnected and not a busy signal.
