Span tapes in Netbackup?
I have netbackup 5.1 setup with a stand alone ait3 tape drive. I run a backup job too big to fit on 1 tape. the job fails from no available media after filling tape 1. I don't have a tape robot. Why will netbackup not wait for new media? Must i use a tape robot? Is there a setting that it thinks...- the0utsider1

BackupExec8.6+SonyAIT3= SLOOOOW!!!!!
I have SonyAIT 100(2 of them actually) on older dual HP Pentium2-300Mhz. Each has 180M ram and 1-6G(scsi) hd and 1-100G(ide) HD. I own and have tried the same hw on a second identical machine.
