Hi fellow CC6 Guru's, I'm trying to set up agent desktop toolbar for voice only users, i.e CC6, CCT only no CCMM. everyting works fine i.e mappings on the CCT, run ref client up and everything works.
If you fire toolbar, it comes up but everything is greyed out, and you cannot do anything...
