    Wrong Character - set

    I have oracle 8i server with character set WE8ISO8859P1 AND CHARACTER SET IN REGEDIT IS AR8MSAWIN SOME DUMP FILES ARE EXPORTED BUT UNFORTUNALITYWIN WE TRIED TO IMPORT THESE FILES WE RECEIVED ALL TEXT FILEDS AS ?????????? I NEED YOUR HELP PLZ
