    Why do my jobs hang without failure?

    Lately my backup/restore jobs won't do anything. They just sit there counting the elapsed time. They won't fail, and the don't backup/restore anything. Anyone have the same problem, or know the cause and fix?

    The Semaphore timeout period has expired?

    I keep getting this error on my backups. Every time I call them about it they just replace the drive. But, the problem comes back. I think it might be a different hardware problem. Anyone know anything that will help?
