we have a vdn for security phones. when we dial in house we just get the name of the calling party and the vdn name. When we call from outside of the switch we do get the number. we would like to get the number on in house calls.

I go into the web broswer and reset the clock on the s8700. the sets reflect the new time. Thirty min later the switch goes back to the old time. Any ideas?
