Set up 911 in SRG50
I have read NTP about ESA feature (911) betwee CS 1000M and SRG50, but I get NO ROUTE TO DESTINATION, can anybody help on this. I need to star over in my SRG50 and CS1000M . Any print screen that helps me to set it up step by step please...thanks.- acajoee

Most of the calls are ending in front desk

I have a PBX CS1000E Rls 5.0 with GEO in Memphis,TN. I have 4 IPMG installed in Building A and 1 IPMG in building B, I have a T1 card for outbound calls.
