Hey guys,I have a dell inspiron 5000E laptop.Lately it has been shutting down for absolutely no reason.One second it's on,the next second it's off.I also have a fan in the back of the laptop that only goes on for 3 seconds when I start it up. I hope I've provided enough info.

I'm using Mozz firefox and whenever I try to copy columns of data to a spreadsheet (excel) it paste's it in one cell. However when I repeat the same procedure using IE, it distributes the data correctly in column order. Does anyone have a simple config fix for this? Thanks

Our vendor has told us to reboot the audix every 90 days, however it seems to lock up (not able to do admin changes) well before the 90 days, causing us to reboot ASAP. Is there a way to have the system not lockup? Your help is greatly appreciated......Thanks
