I'm running 4.1 and am having problems with Assisted Transfer in vmpro. It transfers the call correctly, but when the recipient answers, there is a 3-4 second delay before the recipient is connected with the caller. This is 100% consistent/repeatable. Has anyone else seen this? Any...
The Avaya glossies for IP Office say that "personal numbering" offers the functionality described below. Can anyone tell me a) if this functionality actually exists and b) have you been able to use it succesfully / where is it?
