I want to create a dummy extension that automatically forward calls to a cell phone. Now I know this bit is possible as I have done it before but the complicated bit I want to try to do is: I want to try and set it up...
I have setup a new cdn on the switch aquired it on symposium created new skillset, set the assignments and aquired the route but when I call the number it goes stright to voicemail. What have I missed ( I am a complete novice with symposium)
I have been asked by a vendor for the following information:
Site ID number
How many digital and analog Licences I have
A copy of my ordepro-opi file
Is there somewhere on the meridian that list the first to questions and where can I find the file that they need???

When I typr ax 8 on one of my switches to get into mail this happens:

I have dialled into one of my off site switches thru hyperterminal and shortly after typing AX 8 hyperterminal crashed and now when I dial in again I cannot type anything. I assume it thinks the other session is still connected - is there a way to force it to close the other session??
I need to try and get some info off of my meridian - I need to know how many calls are placed to different countries and what the duration of these calls are. Does anyone know of a way for me to collect this data or any software that can do this for me???
I have 2 phones that are ringing each other without anybody dialling the numbers. A phone will ring and the display says the person who has called but this person is not on the phone so if the ringing phone is answered there is none there but if the person who made the call picks up the phone...
