I have a MD110 BC9 with CCM2. I have problem of real time updation in IM. If the agent is talking the IM still shows the agent in Ready status. After manual recording, the CCM shows around 30- 40 calls less in a day.
Any solutions ??

We have MD110 BC12 SP3. We are trying to integrate with Nortel Meridian using ISDN PRI ( TLU76/1 ).
I am able to recieve calls from the Nortel PBX but from Md110 to Nortel cannot do outgoing calls. The PRI link is via Nortel Passport on both ends.

I have a system BC11 SP11, Market - ST.
When I initiate a conference call between combination of internal extensions and external trunks, I am getting a cracking sound/noise during the con call.
I tried working out the LSATI parameters but no change.

Is conference bridging solution possible within MD110.
8 caller can call MD and establish a conference call, if possible with a password.
There are external conference bridge eqpmts, but we need it within MD.
Any ideas !!!
