This is the error that I get when trying to setup a new mailbox in Outlook 98 "The logon credentials supplied were incorrect.Make sure your username and domain are corret then type password again".This only happens to new users on the domain,but when given domain admin rights it works.

Everytime I create a new user,they can't connect to exchange because it asks them for password verification.It is very strange.
